Leslie Duong truly defines the statement that “a person is destined” to pursue a certain course in life. Leslie has been a practicing herbal medicine for over twenty years. She has been taught about herbal medicine from birth by her father Dr. Duong Lai Canh, L.Ac. O.M.D., the founder of American Chinese Natural Herbs. Dr. Duong Lai Canh, a master herbalist and acupuncturist, formulated his first herbal product at age five! He was taught by his father Herbal Grand Elder Dr. Duong Tu Bao. With a family tree rooted in herbal medicine, it was only natural for Leslie to become the knowledgeable and experienced herbalist she is today.

Leslie is a Licensed Chinese Herbalist and Health Nutritionist. She was certified for herbal medicine practice from Hei Long Cheng, a province inside China. Leslie also has a B.S. in Biology from University of Texas - Dallas. She has helped over a thousand clients with different problems such as weight loss.

As with all plans, the client’s dedication to getting better enhances the results. She loves what she does and has a phenomenal success rate. Her clients become healthier within a few days or weeks in most cases. She is also always seeking knowledge and enhancing her skills as a Herbalist.

Leslie works one on one with her clients, usually on an appointment basis. However, she does take walk-ins at ACN Herbs also. During the appointment she uses the Chinese philosophy of observing, questioning, listening and examination. Leslie also gives each new client a free analysis about the five elements of the body. Finally, she will give each client several recipes for a balanced diet in order to cook healthier food for their health. Furthermore, during this process, she will also teach her clients how to exercise more effectively. Her goal is to give her clients a fresh look that will complimented with more confidence as they move forward in their life.

Leslie continues to educate herself academically and most importantly is still guided by her father Dr Duong Lai Chanh. He continues to share his sixty five years of knowledge about organic and natural herbal remedies with her. Dr Duong Lai Chanh has formulated over one thousand herbal products.
