VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS

Vietnamese Spring Rolls is a great food for everyone that wants to lose weight. The rolls have all the ingredients to nourish the body and help the person stay in great shape. The rolls are without fats, and stimulate the spleen and stomach easily for digestion and good are for children to eat also. The Vietnamese people love to eat spring rolls.

One of the best reasons to eat spring rolls is that you can make them fresh with the recipe below. The sauce tastes great also. All the ingredients are healthy and supply you with energy.

Ingredients: for the spring rolls

½ lbs Shrimps with shells

1 lbs white meat pork without fats

1 lbs chicken breast white meat only

2 packet of paper rice (50 paper rice each packet)

2 packets of rice thin small noodles

20 carrots sticks raw

2 bundle of salads

20 stick of green onion leaf

1 bundle of mint leaves



Ingredients: for the spring rolls sauces

2 cup of peanut butter

3 cup of black soybean sauces thick kind

2 tablespoon of hot chili Chinese sauce



How to prepare the spring rolls:

Vegetables:

1. Clean the carrots, salads leaves, and mint leaves, green onion leaves.

2. Cut the carrots into a thin pieces and small pieces, salads leaves cut in the a 2'' cubes, get all the mints leaves not the branches, separates all the green leaves onion.

3. Put it in the big plates and separates them out.

4. You are now ready for the spring rolls



Thin rice noodle:

1. Put a liter of water in the small pan, then when the water is at boil put the rice noodle in for 10 minutes until the noodle has been cooked.

2. Pour the noodle and dry it then, ready for the spring rolls.



Shrimp:

1. Wash the shrimp, and get ready to boil the shrimp.

2. Put a little water in the small pan, then when the water is at boil please put the shrimp on the pan for only 2 minutes until the shrimps cook but not for long.

3. Take the shrimp out, then peel the shrimp skin, then cut each shrimp in half.

4. Ready for the spring rolls.

5. Put the shrimps on the big plates.



Chicken:

1. Wash the chicken and get ready to boil the chicken.

2. Put about 1 litter of water in the pan, then when the water is at boil, please put the chicken breasts on the pan for about 30 minutes for the chicken fully cooked.

3. Take the chicken breast out, cut the chicken very thin slice.

4. Ready for the spring rolls.

5. Put the chicken breast slices on the big plates.



Pork:

1. Wash the port with some sea salts then rinse with cold water.

2. Put about 1 litter of water in the pan, then when the water is at boil, please put 2 teaspoon of vinegar in the boiling water, then put the pork into the pan, wait until the pork is fully cooked.

3. Take the pork out , cu the pork in a very thin slices.

4. Ready for the spring rolls.

5. Put the pork slices on the big plates.



Ready for the paper rice to roll the spring rolls:

1. Get a big bowl with warm water on the tables with the vegetables plates and meat plates, the rice noodle to be ready to roll.

2. Put the paper rice in the slightly touch with the warm water bowl.

3. Then put this paper rice on the flat plates to ready to roll.

4. First put the salads first and carrots and chicken slice, shrimps slice, pork slice, mint and green onion leaves and rice noodle on the top.

5. Then, roll it up and do the next one.



Spring rolls sauces:

1. Put 2 cup of the peanut butter in the bowl.

2. Add 3 cup of the black soybean sauce(thick kind).

3. Add 2 tablespoon Chinese chili sauce.

4. Then mix all ingredients together, until it turns into a paste. Spread over spring rolls.
